“I definitely believe us Wisconsinites have the power to overcome this pandemic. When I think about the safety of others, many different types of people come to mind. The immunocompromised, those who have been through treatments like chemo, those with asthma, the elderly, and many more. These are the people that I’m concerned for when considering the effects the virus will have on my community. Being a good neighbor and working towards keeping our community safe is so important now. We all need to be supportive of each-other and put each-other’s needs first to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Do your part. Wear a mask. Social distance. Be a good neighbor.”
Are You A Good Neighbor?
Being a good neighbor requires thoughtfulness, and Haley has a lot of it. When she decides to wear her mask in public, she does so for the immunocompromised, those who’ve undergone chemo, those with asthma, the elderly and so many more. Haley doesn’t fit one of these demographics, but her neighbors might. That’s why she’s masking up for them.
