“Look at my cute new mask! Can you guess how many lives it can save? As someone who had COVID asymptotically, wearing a mask is a simple act of solidarity and respect. We have no idea how many people we may come in contact with at a coffee shop or grocery store who we could be unknowingly transfering the virus to. These seemingly simple tasks could become high-risk endeavors for so many people.
I know we’re young and the odds of this virus impacting us severely are very low, but wearing a mask is quite literally the least you can do, so please wear a mask and be a good neighbor. You never know who you’ll impact, or whose life you may save.”
